FREE Beginner’s Workshop - Sunday, September 14th w/Teri Tedmon
Learn the basics of Power Vinyasa Yoga all in an afternoon!
In this workshop you will learn the alignment of the basic poses of the practice and discover how to connect your breath with your movements so you can begin to “flow”. This interactive workshop has Q&A and hands-on instructor demonstrations for a better understanding of each pose and modifications for the body. If you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner this workshop will take your practice to a whole new level.

FREE First Responder Basic Vinyasa Flow - Sunday, September 21st w/Leslie & Becca
This class is FREE to all first responders, family members and friends. It offers a slower pace and more detailed instructions for breath, each pose, drishti and uddiyana (an abdominal lock) giving you the tools to create a graceful and strong Vinyasa practice. This class is not limited to beginners, but encouraged for anyone looking for more guidance than normal.

Yin & Yoga Nidra - Sunday, September 28th w/Kailey Herron
Join us on the fourth Sunday of every month for Yin & Yoga Nidra. Class will start with 45 minutes of Yin to access and open the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. This practice emphasizes stillness and silence, allowing for a meditative experience that will reduce anxiety, tension and stress. The last 15 minutes of class will be spent in yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) which is the perfect antidote to the chronic stress or pressure many of us experience in our daily lives. You will be guided through layers of consciousness and connection while being offered something that seems more precious now than ever - space to relax. Please join us for a perfectly restorative afternoon!

Introduction to Ayurveda - September 28th w/Kailey Herron
Often referred to as yoga’s sister science, Ayurveda is an ancient healing system based on the natural world. It is believed that disease arises when we live out of harmony with nature’s rhythms and cycles. Returning to wellness, longevity, and a greater sense of joy in life involves returning to balance and harmony with nature.
Each of us has a unique combination of the same elements found in the natural world, and this combination of elements forms what Ayurveda calls our dosha. Based on our dosha, Ayurveda provides a system of personalized practices and tools to help us find harmony and balance in body, mind, and spirit. It’s a powerful and empowering approach to holistic well-being.

Somatic Movement with Breath & Meditation - October 5th w/Padma Diamond
A practice centered on slowing down and moving inwards to discover your holding patterns. Learn to release and restore balance in your nervous system. A class designed to reset your mind and body for the month ahead. Monthly themes are cultivated for each class.
Teacher Bio:
Padma Diamond CMT, MA is a Somatic Integrative Educator and Counselor who has been working in the Healing Arts for the past 30 years. She began her journey as a Certified Massage Therapist and deepened her skills when she received her Masters' in Somatic Psychology from the CIIS and Depth Somatics Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Padma blends her understanding of Somatic and Trauma Theory with the Neuroscience of Mindfulness and Mind/Body Integration. Padma's Yogic journey complements her scholastics with a lived experience of how daily practices of Asana and Meditation supports our mental health. Her personal practice started in 2003 when she started studying with Rodney Yee and Shiva Rea and continued as she traveled to live with her spiritual teacher Mātā Amritānandamayī or Amma in 20012. She received her certification to teach Kundalini in 2014 and has taught numerous workshops and classes connecting students with the healing of kriyas through this lineage. She has taught in numerous yoga teacher trainings, workshops and retreats in the USA, Costa Rica and India.

MomentOm - 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training for Personal Growth & Service to Others with Buck Lewis
This teacher training is rooted in personal growth, transformation, and connection. Buck's approach is designed to help you step into who you are truly meant to be, and from that space, discover the opportunity to serve others.
Through breath work, meditation, and movement practices that build strength, flexibility, and mobility, you will gain a powerful set of tools to care for yourself and those around you.
Whether you join with no intention of teaching or with years of experience already under your belt, this program will equip you with the skills to live more meaningfully, cultivate presence, and create deeper connections with the world around you.
Certification Requirements
To receive your MomentOm Teacher Training Certificate, you must complete all 200 hours. If you need to miss a session, makeup opportunities will be available.
The program begins February 28 and runs every other weekend, culminating in graduation on June 7.
