Join us Sunday mornings for a meditation practice dedicated to cultivating mindfulness. Through guided exercises, this class offers a supportive space to slow down and realign for the week ahead.
It is suitable for everyone—whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen an established practice.
Teacher Bio:
After years of professional success in global tech and academia, Warehn found himself disconnected from personal fulfillment. Chronic stress and health challenges led him to explore mindfulness and movement—not just as tools for healing, but as gateways to deeper meaning. Since 2017, Warehn has immersed himself in these practices, attending silent mindfulness retreats lasting several weeks and maintaining a consistent movement practice.
In 2022, Warehn began teaching to support others in cultivating mindfulness and help reconnect with themselves. His approach is rooted in lived experience of moderation, self-observation, and strength—empowering individuals to move through life with contentment, awareness, and resilience.

Bali Bliss: Wellness & Yoga Retreat | October 20 - 27 | with Andrew Santos
Bali is not a polished postcard.
It’s alive. It’s layered. It’s spiritual, chaotic, grounding, and electric all at once.
This island does not offer control. It offers perspective.
For centuries, Bali has moved to its own rhythm — guided by ceremony, devotion, nature, and community. Life here bends around offerings, temple days, tides, and intuition. And when you step into that rhythm, something shifts. Your nervous system softens. Your urgency quiets. You begin to notice what actually matters.
Bali Bliss is not a vacation. It is a full immersion into movement, ritual, adventure, culture, and restoration.
Over seven days, we will explore the jungles of Ubud, the cliffs of Uluwatu, the energy of Canggu, and the sacred traditions woven through daily Balinese life. We will move our bodies, challenge ourselves, restore deeply, and experience the best of Bali’s world-renowned wellness community — all while being held in intentional group connection.
This is about expansion and surrender.
Adventure and stillness.
Depth and play.
Welcome to a week that will change your pace — and possibly your perspective.
