Yin & Intention: A New Year's Journey Inward ~ 2.5 Hours of Softness, Stillness & Soulful Reflection - Saturday, January 31st w/Emily Robinson

As the new year begins, join us for a gentle exploration of what you want to feel rather than what you need to achieve.

In this extended yin practice, we'll move slowly through supported poses that invite deep release and quiet contemplation. Between holds, you'll be guided through reflective writing prompts designed to help you identify the emotional landscape you wish to cultivate in the year ahead.

This is not about resolutions or pressure. This is about getting curious:

  • How do you want to feel when you wake up?

  • What quality of presence do you want to bring to your days?

  • What needs to soften? What deserves your attention?

We'll explore the difference between goals (which have their place) and guiding feelings—the emotional north stars that can shape our choices with more ease and authenticity.

What to bring:

  • A journal and pen

  • An open heart

  • Permission to move at your own pace

    What to expect:

  • 60-75 minutes of yin yoga with extended holds

  • Guided writing and reflection exercises

  • Time for integration and sharing (optional)

  • A gentle framework for carrying your intentions forward

Leave with a clearer sense of how you want to be in the coming year, and practices to help you return to that feeling again and again.
